FAQs

What is Borosilicate glass?
Borosilicate glass is a type of silica and boron trioxide as the main glass-forming consitiuents. Borosilicate glass is known for having 33 coefficients of thermal expansion (≈3 × 10−6 K−1 at 20 °C), making them more resistant to thermal shock than any other common glass. Such glass is subjected to less thermal stress and can withstand temperature differentials without fracturing of about 165°C (329 °F).

You’re all out of XL! When are you gonna make more?
We make our product in limited quantities. That means once something sells out (it can take hours or weeks before an item sells out), we could possibly never make it again. The early bird gets the worm.
